I stayed at this location while my daughter was moving into PNW dorms. The proximity to the highway was extremely convenient. The hotel is very well maintained, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

This was a very nice stay. Location is great since it's around a lot of dept stores (Marshalls, Ross, Burlington) and fast food restaurants. This hotel also is very close to the interstate. The room was clean and shower water pressure was strong. They also have a mini fridge, small microwave, as well as a small keurig machine which was a bonus. The facility is pet friendly and the staff was very accommodating. They serve a hot breakfast every morning. The only negative is the beds felt like we were sleeping on a rock. If you're a firm mattress sleeper this may work well for you. For the plush mattress sleepers like me, I woke up sore by the morning. Overall, I was a satisfied customer and would definitely visit again.

The day before our stay at 7am I received a call from Expedia that the Hampton Inn could no longer honor my request and asked if I would like to cancel and make another hotel reservation at another hotel. I called the hotel directly and spoke to the front desk, after being on hold for 10 minutes they found my reservation and said unfortunetely they were completely sold out. As you can imagine that was the last thing I needed to hear and see first thing in the morning since my friends where coming from all over Chicagoland and traveling over an hour to have this special night out. We were all looking forward to this night out together! I stated how I booked this months ago and that I spoke to the front desk about this reservation to make sure we had the rooms all settled. Long and short the front desk understood and said they would like to have us as their guests. I felt so much relief,

I had this hotel booked for nearly 6 months and 4 hours before my arrival they called to let me know they cancelled my reservation because they were over booked for our entire stay. I had to scramble to find another hotel in a nearby location with vacancy.
