Absolutely wonderful experience! The owners are extremely friendly, the hotel is in a beautiful place, and I had an amazing time. Easy to park, food is good, the little bar is fun. Felt I was part of the family...honestly.

Not all Hotel facilities in function.

Good relation of quality to price - it's not a very fancy place and it's a bit dated but there is everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the breakfast room is lovely in the morning. Dinner was OK, rather hearty austrian cuisine good after skiing. I didn't use the wellness facilities so can't comment on them. It's a bit weird that you need to pay for wifi these days.

The hotel itself is nice. Staff is friendly, the breakfast was good. Although booked two separate rooms, were were put into one without being asked. The claimed reason was, for our planned extended stay there were no free rooms available. When asked to be put into separate rooms, were told there are no more rooms left. That was not true. It wasn't true even for the extra day. We finally did not stay, went elsewhere.

Hotel is charming but needs urgent reparation. Staff is very helpful and supportive. Hotel is closed to four ski area. One of reason to chose hotel was wellness area including swimming pool but swimming pool was closed and according to the staff after Covid it not working, why still on hotel web page pool is mentioned?. Wellness area is quite big but some items are not working and in general all need reparation. Breakfast was almost same each day, not so many variation for the hotel with for star expectation are higher. Room was big but bed was not comfortable, it was too soft. Place, heaters for ski shoes is too small.

I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel based on our recent stay. Our experience was nothing short of delightful, and I believe anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay will thoroughly enjoy their time here. From the moment we stepped into our room, we were struck by the inviting atmosphere and the coziness that enveloped us. The room was tastefully decorated, creating a warm and homely ambiance that instantly put us at ease. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities did not go unnoticed, and it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredibly comfortable bed. After a long day of travel, sinking into the plush mattress and luxurious bedding was an absolute treat. We enjoyed a restful night's sleep, waking up rejuvenated and ready to take on the day. The hotel's location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood further added to the charm of our stay. The tranquility of the surroundings made for a relaxing experience, and we appreciated the opportunity to unwind without any disturbances. Despite our short stay of just one night, the serene atmosphere left a lasting impression on us. Additionally, the fact that the hotel is dog-friendly is a big plus. As pet owners, it's often challenging to find accommodations that welcome our furry companions. The hotel's pet-friendly policy made our stay all the more enjoyable, as we were able to share the experience with our four-legged friend. In conclusion, I can confidently say that our stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The cozy room, incredibly comfortable bed, peaceful neighborhood, and pet-friendly environment all contributed to a memorable stay. Whether you're in town for a short visit or an extended stay, I believe the hotel will provide you with the same level of comfort and hospitality that we had the pleasure of enjoying.
