The staff was very helpful and treated us with respect and courtesy.

Clean and spacious room. Hot water with strong shower head. Breakfast had minimal choices but it was tasty and hot.

Nice clean room, everything was in pristine order. Parking is free and safe location. Everything you need is walking distance with Bob Evans Restaurant across the parking lot. Shopping Center across the street and Costco as well. So many restaurants on Mayfield Rd to choose from. Hotel was safe and secure, the only downside was the Marijuana smokers, the hotel has a policy of no smoking whatsoever, but these people didn't care. I recommend this hotel however, the staff is also very friendly and courteous.

Room 111 ceiling obviously had previous water damage which you can smell had mildew in the room. The tub was stopped up, kept filling up when the shower was running. The main sink needed better water pressure, water was trickling out very slow.

Room was comfortable, hotel has a “compact” layout, foyer and eating area but it was great location for our purposes.

I’ve been waiting for a refund for too long and the manager was very rude about the situation. There was a severe noise disturbance and in result I left the property as I came to work in quiet.

It does not look like the pictures. It was like staying in a motel. Very disappointed for the price of $217 a night

Bathroom had plaster all over the floor. Furnishings were dated, carpet was stained. TV was very small. It was very much just an OK room. The bed was fine and comfortable.
