good location, walkable from the train station. 10 minute walk to the penkenbahn and bars but also have the option of the ski bus if wanted. food was very nice in the evenings, nice swimming pool, room was nice with a nice balcony. dinner staff were friendly but the owners could be a bit grumpy and didn’t make us feel very welcome. we needed to check out at 8am to make our train on time and the lady made this difficult for us, telling us check out was at 10am only but this wasn’t stipulated anywhere. I understand it was likely a family run hotel but the owners could definitely have been more friendly and welcoming. It made us feel like we were being a nuisance by asking for basic things.

The location is great, the bus stops right upfront the hotel and comes by every 15 minutes. - There are no vegetarian options on the menu. - The owner is too present, personally we don’t like it when we feel who is the boss of the place we are staying.
