The location was excellent, the most friendly and helpful staff ever, and the food was excellent with large portions at sensible prices. There was nothing not to like if we are in the region again we would definitely stay there.

Really friendly hosts, kept our bags after checkout so that we had another day in Mayrhofen. Perfect for a short ski break, simple but very clean, helpful staff and 7minutes walk (in ski boots) to the Penken barn lift. No vegan milk :)
-
Very good location - 5 minutes to Penkenbahn. Parking included, very polite hotel staff, quiet place, clean and big room. Fast internet connection. Supermarket nearby. Highly recommended, would book again.

This place was perfectly situated compared to the center of town and the woods. We had two dogs with us and it was easy to go for small strolls in the forest right next to the hotel. The personal was absolutely amazing and very welcoming. They were nice to help, whenever we had questions and were very knowledgeable for what concerns hikes around the area.

The hotel zone - rooms and interior are dated and need renovation.

This place was super cozy! The spa-pass and access to pool made this holiday much more relaxing. The breakfast was also amazing
-
close to the swimming pool, in the center and off the beaten track, calm

Great and helpful owner. Exceptional dinner. Very happy with the stay.

Once located, the guesthouse revealed that actually it was in an excellent location, with two cable cars within a few minutes and easy access to the main facilities of the town. Breakfast was typical Alpine fare, all very acceptable. Dinner was robust I.e. Very large portions, tasty and filling. Heated towel rail was perfect for drying towels and small items of laundry. Michael the proprietor was very welcoming and informative. As a former b&b proprietor I always changed the bedding after 3 days- I was there five with the same on the bed. Bathroom cleaning was perfunctorily. Soap dispenser on the basin, but nothing in the shower so don’t forget your shower gel/ soap. No big deal and considering the price per night, maybe shouldn’t be expected. What I would have loved was a help-yourself coffee facility, or even a kettle for residents’ use.

family run business with totally relaxed and friendly team. easy to get to different places from too. some great tips on places to visit from Michael. N/A

The owner, Michael was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had dinner here every night apart from the Tuesday when the restaurant and bar is closed for the day. The dinners were delicious and large portions. Not applicable.

I was there in the ending of the season so there weren’t as many people there as maybe in the middle of the season, but me and my cousin still had a ton of fun in the clubs that where open. The weather was amazing 90% of the time we where there and most of the days with temperatures reaching 28 degrees Celsius. Which was pretty fun snowboarding/skiing in. That there weren’t many clubs open but that is also on us for coming so late in the season.
