The apartment each day was cleaned and all the furniture are amazing !

Excellent comfortable apartment in great location A bit disappointing that use of the hotel pool was not included. It would literally cost the hotel nothing to let the apartment guests use the hotel pool but they wanted to charge a “spa fee” of 65 euros per person per day for it

Very clean, spacious and well equipped property. Nicely furnished and decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Also great location for the Pengen lift. In the living area, a corner sofa (rather than a square day bed) would perhaps have made a better use of the space and a coffee table for drinks when seated on the sofa

Amazing: comfy beds, powerful shower, well-stocked kitchen. Good amount of space. The ski room, garage and all the other 'wrap around' facilitates were also of high quality and easy to access. The staff in the hotel Elizabeth were exceptional as well. Nothing was too much trouble. Perfect mix of your space to cook, but with hotel service, where needed. Will definitely use again if I come back to Mayhofen. Our flat (the 1 bed) has the bath, shower, and sink in the bedroom but toilet in a separate room. So you have to use the toilet and then open the door etc to wash hands. And if you are sharing with a sibling, the other has to leave the room so you can wash. Both easy to work around and won't stop me staying; just should be aware of/slightly odd design choose I wouldn't have made.

Location, design. Showers in the bedroom very inconvenient, TV not able to connect to Netflix, check in in 3PM while check out is at 10am.

Location was excellent for the lifts. Quality of apartment was very good. The fact you have to go to the hotel to get the keys to enter. The fact you can’t use the hotel facilities.

Nothings ???????? I swear i didn’t request a baby crib , they brought it by their self and they charge me (by force) 150 euros Receptionist was extremely bad. They are not helping They spoke from their nose on arrival and departure. Why like that !!!! I ( pay ) My stay wasn’t free Really bad experience and never suggest this building for anyone.

The apartment is located less than 5min walk away from the Penken ski lift and the main street of Mayrhofen. Literally everything is walking distance, so it's very comfortable. No need for a car, ski bus or anything. Being 2 snowboarders and 2 skiers, we could barely fit our gear in the basement locker. But there was no place to dry our helmets or gloves. Also the driers in the apartment didn't work, so it wasn't that comfortable to dry stuff. Also, it would be nice if there was a washing machine in the apartment or washing facilities in the building. For someone wanting to stay in the apartment for a longer time period, this could be a problem.
