We stayed at Hau’s Andrea’s but we can go to the main building for breakfast, roof top spa and jacuzzi. Staff is very friendly , good service and we felt very warm welcomed. Especially Valena. Very helpful and cheerful to us everyday. Food is delicious. The jacuzzi is the strongest I have ever experienced in any ski resort, which helps our recovery after a whole day snowboarding. Northing , except would like to see Charlie, the house Labrador, more often. ? Only see him 2 times.

Breakfast was superb as were the staff. Bedroom facilities were great. Could be better with coffee and tea facilities in the room, especially after a day's skiing. The boot and ski storage is inadequate in the Janus annex. This needs better provision for guests.
