The location, the rooms are very comfy and nice Th staff could be more helpful or nicer they are not very friendly

Rooms were very dirty not being cleaned properly I had to go purchase cleaning supplies, found trash behind dressers from previous stays. Swimming pool was so cloudy not being cleaned properly definitely needs to get checked

Passable

When I raised my concerns about the mold, lack of hygiene, and the condition of the property, my room key was taken away. I was told there were no other rooms available and that if I was unhappy, I didn’t have to stay. I was also promised a refund of my rate because of the conditions, but I was ultimately charged the full amount anyway. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend staying here.

We stayed at this particular hotel because it accommodated our family. The family room they have available in the third floor is perfect for a family of 5-8. It had a private room with a queen size bed, then in the main room it has 2 queen size beds, plus a very comfortable couch, not sure if it converted into a sofa bed, but it was oversized just as big as a twin bed. The customer service was excellent. We didn't do breakfast but they did have a big variety. The coffee was definitely a plus and very delicious. The pool was very relaxing and big enough. Although the water didn't seem quite clean it we did enjoy using it. Overall, the hotel was very relaxing and we loved it. Will definitely be staying again soon.

I'm usually a fan of comfort rooms but this one was horrible, the room had a smell to it, the suite i got didnt even have a tv in the main room, the outlet plugs were missing plates exposing wires, the wall in main room were dirty

I like how clean and quiet it was I didnt like how small the breakfast area was, it seemed too crowded for all the people that were there. Some had to eat standing or wait for a table to eat.

It was totally clean and very comfortable for my family of Four. Two queen size beds and a sofa bed. My family really enjoyed the breakfast as well. Very Comfortable and quiet.

The hotel need to be remodel and write only had four channels on the TV. When going into the room the air was not on and the room was humid and wet from not having the air on.
