The pool is nice and room was clean. They changed check in time and didn’t notify me and wanted to charge an extra $25 dollars. Had to wait outside and the girl at the desk was rude about it. No elevator and no ice machine on my floor was very inconvenient.

Elevator did not work got over charged for a room Downstairs been 1 year it doesn't work place was a mess outside side wanted my refund you guys never got back with me .Reporting to BBB Elevator did not work got charged for a room downstairs. Overcharged

There are bed bugs. I had a bad rash from the bed bugs. Linen was dirty.

That is a Pet friendly place ! The carpets on the hallways stained, dirty and old and the elevator was out of service.

It's really close to the main shops we go to, its very quiet from the outside, staff is really nice and friendly. They do provide coffee in the morning which its always a nice touch. The elevator and pool was out of service. The A/C was to noisy. The bedroom door lock was lose so it wouldn't close properly. One of the bed lamps wasn't working, and the towels were very old and used.

The carpets on the hallways stained, dirty and old and the elevator was out of service.
