Quality Inn has a policy in McDonough of charging a refundable damage deposit at the time of check-in. This is inconvenient, unneccsary, and insulting. I have travelled quite a bit, but this is unusual. I will not stay at this locarion again. The damage deposit policy probably costs the owner more in lost business than he will ever recover. It is also inconvenient and insulting to have to wait until the room is inspected after check-out to receive my deposit.

The room wasn't clean. There was a dirty quetip in the floor the bed clothes has stains. We asked the front desk to be sure be sure room service came the next day for fresh towels and that didn't happen we had to take our dirty towels to the front desk in order to have clean ones and the bed clothes was the same our entire stay with stains

Could have had a little more to offer but what was there was ok. Location to interstate was good. Better breakfast offering.

Left before available. Television, Refrigerator, Microwave oven, didn't work! Room lights had to be plugged in.

Nothing The quality of the rooms. Toilet seat was broke. Pest issue. Cut my stay short and booked somewhere else. Won’t be back.

This was a very nice stay. It was super quiet and the room/bed was very very comfortable. Clean bathroom. Great customer service at the front desk. In a very good/safe location with a lot of restaurant options and shopping all within walking distance. Only one con, they need to upgrade their breakfast(extremely limiting-only waffles and danish basically continental). Overall it was a great stay.

The sheets were clean. The whole experience was terrible from the front desk attendant to the room. The room hadn’t been vacuumed and was half cleaned. Towels were stained. Toilet paper holder ripped from wall, crumbs were all over the carpet.
