Moreover, I did not receive the ADA-compliant room I booked. Instead, I was given another room and told that the originally booked room was unavailable, despite it being listed as available on Expedia. The hotel also fails to meet basic cleanliness standards — the breakfast options are limited to Cheerios, cornflakes, and coffee, with dirty dispensers that are rarely cleaned. The inside of the cereal dispensers was unclean. The toilet seat had permanent dark marks, the lighting in the bedroom was poor, and the air conditioning was turned off, making the room extremely hot. It took three hours for the room to cool down enough for me to get into bed. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Moreover, I will most likely hire a lawyer to sue this hotel for the emotional harm caused by the front desk night manager.

Honestly nothing The lights didnt work and I did not feel safe there at all. I paid for 3 nights but only stayed one.

The front desk gentleman was great and fast check in, the breakfast is almost nonexistent, but fast food joints are steps away

The front desk people treated me like I was an inconvenience. Not acknowledging my present. As if I was invisible. The demeaning attitude not a pleasant experience.
