There is no breakfast as at the time of booking it’s breakfast included, beds sheets are not changed they are stinking. Requested for change they asked me to come get and change myself. Ac making too much noise

The staff told us there would only be 3 towels. We said we had 4 people and needed another towel. Instead of getting us one, he told us to go check our room first. There were only 3 towels. The entire property was filthy and felt unsafe. Do NOT stay here.

If you're traveling and need to stay the night in McKinney, I would recommend this hotel. The outside surroundings leave a little to be desired, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is especially helpful and courteous. Our first room was too close to the highway and we weren't sleeping well, so we requested to change rooms. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. I would stay here again!
