My biggest issue is the $50 deposit that should be refunded was never refunded. Saw the transaction in my back account and it was pending a $0.00 refund so they are fully aware that they didn’t refund me, just made it look like a refund was coming my way.

Bad experience. Someone went into the room while housekeeping was there and took some things of ours. Then we checked out and I never got my deposit back.

The parking situation was chaotic at best. Upon walking to my room, I noticed the door slightly ajar. It did not fully close. Both locks to the door were held with small screws that were stripped and coming out of the door and wall. There were a significant (10+) number of dead bugs of all sorts in the room. The air conditioner did not work well, and the room stayed about 75-80 degrees throughout the night. Amongst the dead bugs in the floor, there were chip crumbs and hairs.

Clean room. Great room. Just scary on outside, but very quiet. Looks can be deceiving. I would recommend for a budget friendly room.

Number bugs everywhere, two they say it a non smoking but as soon as I walked up to my room cigarettes everywhere. Three it’s says free breakfast 🤣🤣🤣🤣 not a breakfast in sight‼️ bed covers were dirty‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ they don’t clean the tub they just wipe down I called and asked how much to stay for an extra day the man said 52.00 come down in the morning we will take care of it welp here is the morning and the lady tell me 88 I packed up and got up outta there . Kids running all night up and down the steps did not feel safe in this area at all. And good luck on parking

friendly young receptionist and handyman CLEAN !!!!! Location Price 2 broken remotes...they brought others phone never worked ironing board was missing TOLD BREAKFAST had. muffins, coffee, orange juice...only had coffee until I called the knowledgeable lady...Then got 4 mini quarter sized. muffins.
