Staff are friendly and polite Elevator too much crowded. Need to organize guest while using elevator. Need to add microwave or oven to worm food. But to Haram toooo much crowded. Guest from different hotel are using the bus, therefore gust of the hotel is waiting for hours to catch next bus.

they had shuttle bus service to Haram during Ramadan. Shuttle bus service's drop off stop was far away from Haram and you have to walk like 2 kilometres.

Mr Ali in the reception was a prifesional staf as he helped to change the date. Very professional service indeed, so are the rest of the staf esp the concierge man. Keep it up!

everything is fine only busing system no good. bus Driver’s are very selfish. They go around and park and kills time. due their arrogant attitude peoples can’t made on time to Al Haram. needs driver’s accountable. otherwise I heard peoples saying bus drivers need accountability otherwise business maybe go down. Little far from Al Haram. but it’s okay

Everything is good, Staff are good but need to improve their English. The reservation agent Mr. Ali was amazing. Wifi is not good in the room.
