I had a great experience staying at the Amjad Al Deafah Hotel during my time in Makkah. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and provides great value, but the absolute best feature is their shuttle bus service. The shuttle runs consistently all the time and drops you off right at the SAPTCO bus station. This is a massive advantage because it saves you about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the transit hub. From the SAPTCO station, it is only another 5 to 10 minutes to walk directly into the Haram courtyard. When you are tired from travel or dealing with the heat, saving that extra 15 to 20 minutes of walking back and forth for every single prayer makes a world of difference. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free stay close to the Grand Mosque!

The location, even with buses, you have to walk uphill to reach the misjid.

Cleanliness Reception friendliness Distance to Haram is more as property is quite far away from Main road. No shuttle Bus service available. Even for taxi , you need to come to main road. One Baqala is there but does not accept Debit/credit card No Laundry service.

The staff was very helpful The breakfast was extremely disappointing, waste of money and time. Hardly 2-3 items in breakfast, no milk for tea not even eggs. Extremely disappointing

One staff member, who allowed me to use Hotel’s restaurant WiFi because it was not working in my room. Location. It takes 31 minutes to reach the extension of haram which is still not open. Internet: Property claims they have good one, but in my case it didn’t work, complained but nothing was done. Ultimately I left the hotel 3 days in advance, applied for refund which was refused immediately. Language: No one understands English.

It is located in the heart of the bazaar, surrounded by restaurants, gift shops, and many other stores., overall the stay was practical and well-located. The room only window faced very closely toward the back of another building, making the room quite dark.

The location was excellent, the staff service was outstanding, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Everything was exceptional, and my husband and I were very pleased with our stay. We loved everything about the property—there was nothing we disliked.
