Need more attention for cleaning in some areas, not too bad, but more attention would be perfect.

Washrooms are very congested and small. The building has an old infrastructure compared to other hotels having the same pricing. If you have kids, then it is very difficult to go to Masjid Al Haram, as it is far away from that and no transport is available in that region, especially when the time of prayer is close.

الفندق قريب من الحرم , حوالي 10 دقائق مشي , الغرفة نظيفة وكبيرة والحمام متوسط لكبير الاستقبال والموظفين تعاملهم راقي واستجابة لأي مطلب حسب المتاح لهم شكر خاص للأستاذة فاطمة على حسن التعامل وحسن متابعة أي مطلب الانترنت في جانب من الفندق بطيء جدا والاشارة ربما لا بتم استقبالها وأحيانا شبه لا تعمل وفي جانب شارع ابراهيم الخليل الاشارة تعمل ولكن تقطع وتنبطيء كثيرا أثناء اليوم عدة مرات استعملت نت الموبايل لا توجد مغسلة ولا دراي كلين ولا خدمة كي ملابس كما هو معلن من جانب الفندق على صفجته هنا في فيسبوك فندق 3 نجوم لابد أن تتوفر فيه ههذ الخدمات عزل الزجاج ليس قويا ففي جانب شارع إبراهيم الخليل كانت أصوات منبهات السيارات مسموعة رغم أنا كنا في الدور 12 سوكيت كهرباء كان لا يعمل إعطاء رفم الغرفة من شخص قبل الدخول للمطعم للإفطار شيء لا يليق ولا يوجد في فنادق أخرى كذلك وضع مشروبات للبيع داخل مطعم بوفيه مفتوح ليس جيدا المفترض كل ما في البوفيه المفتوح في افطار الفندق يكون تابع للبوفيه بيع منتجات أخرى يجب أن يكون في وقت اخر او مكان اخر كارت الغرفة توقف وتوجهت للاستقبال لتفعيله جددت الاقامة في الفندق ودفعت ومع ذلك لم يكن الموظفين على علم بذلك واتصل بي أحد الموظفين لمعرفة موعد المغادرة وجاء موظف اخر ليسألتي ان كنت سأغادر أو سأجدد وفقط لما أظهرت ايصال الدفع عرفوا وسجلوا ذلك كان المفترض أن يحصل ذلك تلقائيا

استقبال كريم جدا بصراحة والإقامة كانت فوق الممتازة الفطار كان متنوع و الغرفة كانت نظيفة جدا ان شاء الله نقرر الحجز مرة اخري في اقرب فرصة كل الامور كانت طيبة جدا

I booked Room with Dinner for two nights and i got only one dinner, kitchen staff promised me to bring the Dinner and at the end they brought only salad but the second night was very nice Dinner

Location is good Solving a problem is not on Time. I had to follow , call several times. Then they took action.And receptionist was very rude and impolite.

Staff and especially Abdullah at the reception, and second thing is the location. I reserved 2 rooms and when i went to check in they told me that i can take only one room because the other one is not ready so i asked the management to refund the amount for the second room and he refused, then i went to take it on the next morning and they told me the same thing so i had to wait to do check in at night and they even told me it's not ready but i had no option to wait more time, then the receptionist Abdullah nicely handled it and gave me the key

House keeping never attended our phone.

The staff, stay and the rooms were very nice. The breakfast was really nice. It is a bit 10 - 12 mins walk from Haram. But worth the money.
