Close to Al Haram. No need for transportation. Good room size. Very good refrigerator. Amazing Haram view. Fast check-in. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the expectations I had for a hotel of this category. The room had very poor sound insulation, and noise from the corridor could be heard clearly inside the room. The hair dryer was not working, the bottom of the bathroom door was worn and dirty, the bed had an unusual odor, and the room lacked basic amenities such as a dental kit, shaving kit, personal care items, and even a weighing scale. The biggest disappointment, however, was the checkout experience. At check-in, I informed the reception that I would leave after Dhuhr prayer the following day, and they agreed. However, no one informed me that my room key cards would be automatically deactivated. Ironically, the hotel's greatest advantage—its walking distance from Al Haram—made this situation even more frustrating. After walking back from Al Haram in extremely hot weather and reaching the 18th floor while suffering from heat exhaustion, I discovered that both room key cards had been deactivated. There was no staff member on the floor to assist me, and the hallway telephone had no cable connected, forcing me to return to reception. When I asked what had happened, I was simply told, "This is our system." I explained that guests should be informed of this policy during check-in, but instead of apologizing or acknowledging the inconvenience, the receptionist insisted that nothing was wrong and even suggested that I was at fault. I then requested to speak with the hotel manager, but my request was refused. The receptionist neither contacted the manager nor offered any alternative, leaving me with no proper way to raise my concern. I expected a much higher standard of communication, professionalism, and guest care from a hotel of this category.

Comfortable, clean and easy access to the market. Nothing.
-
It was close to the Makkah, walking distance. Their service was very poor, in terms of room service, and we had to pay for parking despite paying a good chunk for the hotel.
-
The door card stopped working after some time. So I had to go down to get a new card. this happend even during my last stay.
-
And thank you so much to mohammed osama for the room and the exceptional service provided I hope they lower the parking fees to half price because 60 is exaggerating and too much since i booked a room and everything
