Not easy to find

Very clean and it has no bed smell I didn't the way bus schedule was setup. Because after Fajr And Isha Prayers you can't make it to bus station and you would have to wait 1 hour. I wish the always update bus schedules depending on Salah times

I don't like Bus scheduling because it doesn't match after Salah timings. And breakfast is not that great

I didn't stay in the room but they mentioned it as I stayed due to unforseen circumstances I am unable to travel and I requested refund and cancellation they didn't respond at all I contacted booking dot com so many but no help from their side also

New Building Staff Location: so need more buses to run with flexible time I room which bad smells come from toilets Tv again reopens automatically after closed when has programming issue

The property is new and clean, the room was specious and all the necessities were available. Although shuttle was available, you need to get a taxi if you want to go to the Haram to enter from King AbdulAziz gate. The property is located in relatively old residential neighborhood.

They are very slow .. tv technician couldn’t fix the tv .. the phone was not working and the room service closes too early 10 pm but the last order is 9 because of the chef

The hotel canceled my booking without my consent and when I arrived there the 2 guys at reception were not helpful at all. Very poor customer satisfaction and assistance.
