Only Location near to Haram. Toilet Very small and old. No hot water due to electrical switch not working inside toilet, but managed with cold water.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location since it was nearby Masjid Al Haram and walk wasn't too bad. Going there is fairly easy but coming back to hotel is a bit of uphill walk which is still not too bad. I had a terrible experience at Mira Ajyad Hotel due to rude and unhelpful staff. They forced me to change rooms three times in two days for various reasons (electrical issues, broken fridge), and each new room was smaller and darker than the last. The bathroom was filthy with black mold and no shower curtain, and the lobby was so noisy with groups gathering and chanting that I couldn't sleep. When I complained about the noise, they tried to make me move rooms again instead of fixing the problem. Avoid this place.

Location. Very small room. The room was not available and ready on time. Waited long enough to get room. 4x beds near each other, even though there is not enough space to pray inside the room. No cupboard available to hang clothes. No chair to sit. Big time waste of money.

The staff were extremely accommodating. We arrived early and they took our bags. This hotel is mostly for South East Asian Muslim Pilgrims. As the picture described simple for one or two night stay.
