Nothing Cigirates smoke getting inside the room and will prevent you from sleep. Poor isolation you can hear everything around the room and people conversations. Manager is very rude and impolite

The value compared to the distance and the cleanliness

Taxis are easily available and it’s 20 minutes walking distance from Haram. 20 minutes walk to Haram is uphill or downhill which may not be suitable for everyone

Room was clean and comfortable Elevator was small and took long time to got upstairs

Haram was not walking distance, need to cross the hill road. No restaurant available in side building. Less good restaurant around the area. Some of the pillow was smelly. Staff wasn’t aware of bus timing.

For the price, hotel was more than I expected. Decent staff, great location and they have a shuttle to and from Masjid Al Haram for the various salat times. Definitely recommend I didn't ask, but could've used a microwave.

I wasn't asked about room service, room wasn't cleaned for duration of stay.

I was granted an early check in, the staff demonstrated professionalism with a blend of hospitality. Trekking back from haram is much easier; especially during rush hours when transportation is scarce. In summary it's a wonderful place to stay ? I like everything about this facility.

Staff behavior is not good. No Cleanliness at all. Location is average. It was difficult to get taxi while coming back from haram.

The property was near to Masjid Al Haram . Very good location . Had bus facilities half hour before each prayer . The staff was very kind. I recommend to all people if travelling with families.

Close proximity to Haram, busy road, shuttle bus, nice staff, clean and excellent rooms Not much of a complainer, so I mean I enjoyed the place.

The room had an AC issue but it was fixed upon informing the help desk. So no bad experience.
