House keeping were good .Good breakfast options .fast check in & out . Lack of shuttle bus to Haram as it's a bit far from Haram .I booked thinking they had a shuttle bus but unfortunately they didn't .that's a major setback .

Staff , cleanliness So far from Elharam the distance is too far to walk and there are no shuttle buses it’s a very disappointed thing

A cheaper but good option. Decent rooms and good service. Breakfast ratings here were deceiving. It was rated v good although in my view it was average. Lacked variety and was mainly catered for the Arab audience with little western styled options. Also they ran out of fruit very quickly every time likewise with coffee.

Clean, organized, polite welcoming staff, good breakfast, not so far from Haram (less than 5 mins by taxi- go to the opposite side from the bridge, shared taxis only 3 SAR/person). I spent 3 nights there, ~180 per night. Good value.

Everything is so clean and well kept. They say 3 star hotel but it feels like 4 stars. Staff is amazing. The shuttle bus is only 5-7 mins from the Haram. Amazing alhamdulillah Nothing. Everything is great.

• Modern and stylish design • High level of cleanliness • Good breakfast • Availability of shuttle bus service to Al Haram • Rooms are very small, including the twin beds • Bathroom size is quite limited • No F&B service after 11:00 a.m.; lunch and dinner options are unavailable • Limited nearby restaurants, with average food quality • Some reception staff were not friendly or cooperative • Shuttle bus timings are inconsistent and depend on the driver’s departure time • The shuttle drop-off point near Al Haram requires a 10–15 minute walk, depending on crowd levels
