They also appear to be cutting corners on maintenance. There are many details that lead us to believe they are deferring maintenance. For example, there have been significant HVAC issues in the rooms the last two times. One time, there was no heat. And this past weekend, the AC worked, but was uncontrollable as if the thermostat was not working. Metallic details in the bathrooms are starting to rust. And the rooms aren't as clean as they had been. Unfortunately, the next time my mom visits, I'll be putting her up in a different hotel as it seems this one can no longer be trusted. Again, this does not appear to be the employees' fault but rather the result of management's overall handling of the property. Disappointing.

Elevator out service. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was mid.! Doors sticked.

This hotel has not had any maintenance done for years and years. The closet doors were off the tracks or non-existent. The carpets were filthy and stained. The bathroom was not clean with peeling paint. The sheets and pillowcases were pilled from having been washed so many times. The elevator was broken, so we got to see the filthy stairway carpets every time we hauled us and our belongings up or down the stairs. I have no idea why this hotel has the relatively high rating it currently does. It was shockingly bad.

The clerk at the desk could have at least mentioned it at check in. I didn’t have a clue until I went to go to my 3rd floor room.

The only issue with the hotel on this trip was the elevator was out of order. Other than that is is my choice of Hotel when I come up to PA.

Elevator is out in the building only stair use. Bathroom was not clean. Marks on the sink from previous customer, and dust build up in the corners of the floor not to mention vent was covered in dust/mold.

Pool water was way to cold

The room was kind of clean. But worse thing was the elevator was out the entire time and they give anything for the inconvenience. The shower was disgusting, the beds were uncomfortable( springs kept popping up and stabbing me in the back). Limited parking I should’ve stayed at the Courtyard next door. Smh never again

It was a nice stay but when we got there the elevator wasn't working. Didn't affect us.

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable The elevator was out of order and our room was on the third floor.

The hotel was very nice,Rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom tub could have been a little better. Staff was very accommodating. My kids loved the little walffe maker .

I like location. I’m a return customer This visit elevators were broken. I realize things happen but what was the issue and why ? Not a good look.

It was perfect! Loved the pool and location to our weekend activities. Perfect for the dog!

I didn’t like anything about it Didn’t seem as clean as could be. The location was poor. The room seemed damp so that even sleeping the bed seemed like it was moist. My room was on the first floor and they have lights in the flower bed shining up. Well, these lights shine in your window. All in all, not a great value.

Convince of being close to town Our room smelled like mold&mildew, the couches was stained, and the wall around the shower head was peeling up and had what appeared to be mold growing, and the outlets in the bedroom didn’t work
