Great location

Rooms looking much better on photos

The hotel’s location is prime, breakfast offered was ok. The room assigned during our stay was located on the first level of the hotel, right on top of a night bar located on a busy street corner. Therefore, we couldn’t rest at all during our first night. Wishing the first 2 hours of our stay we noticed about the noise nuisance; we asked the staff about the hours of operation of the bar below our room, and they said they were open daily until 2 or 3 a.m. We immediately requested to be moved to a different room/location for the rest of the nights we had left (5 nights), but the staff informed us they didn’t have any availability, as they were completely booked. We only stayed one night, one sleepless night as we were awake until 5:00 am. Not a good experience with this hotel.

Breakfast options offered were ok. We didn’t like the location of the room, it was located on a corner, right on top of a night bar. Therefore, we couldn’t rest at all during our first night. The poor internet connection

Nothing at all. The hotel didn't even have hot water.

Location Hotel Rules

Excellent location, good breakfast and good prices. It's at a walkable distance from Provenza and has a lot of nice little shops and restaurants around, however, if you have light sleep, this might not be the place for you. There were not enough mirrors, just a little one in the bathroom, and we were three girls in the same bedroom. There was no shelf space in the bathrooms, and things kept falling off. It can be loud at night. And on the last night, there was a planned water cutoff in the city, but the hotel did not seem prepared for this, and we didn't have water for a whole 24hours.

Excellent location Room was small but very clean

Staff is amazing location Great Laura was great very helpful made everything so easy ? . Close to everything great spot staff is what made this hotel a great spot . If you are the one that like peace and quiet ? not here is in the middle of all the bars the matters need a update. Price was okay. But I guess I cause of the location .

Exceptional

Location Impossible to sleep. The place is too noisy and there is no isolation at all. Furthermore the jacuzzi and sauna never worked

The hotel was very clean, the stuff was very friendly,and the location very good,close to everything.

Atenciones

Central location near most types of public transportation. Walking distance of the subway, taxi hub in the park, local bus stop, money exchange, good touristy restaurants near but also local cafeterias towards the metro. Good breakfast and nice communal area. Early traffic noise, far from club area but still loud at night. Also noise from people drinking at the park.

Special mention to Laura on reception, which helped me out with setting up a Colombian sim Card, always smiling and welcoming. The location, well there ain't a better location.. right in the heart of everything

Noise to sleep

I liked that the hotel fit my needs. Which is a room to put my baggage and come to at night to get some sleep. The breakfast was included and it varied daily. I'm 2 meters long, which meant that my ankles kept hanging from the bed. I don't know if they have bigger beds :D.
