Very friendly staff and the bed was ok. It look exactly as the pictures. Good breakfast. It’s horrible noisy. You cannot sleep at night because of parties and loud music until 4am. They said it’s noise canceling at the window but it’s impossible to sleep. The quality of the building is not good so you cannot sleep heard everything. The space wasn’t good cleaning.

Location to the stadium Single pane windows, hotel is above busy street with bars and discotheque. Conversation, music, and street noise can be heard in the room until at least 4:00 am. Not a place to get good rest

THE NOISE outside , it comes from everywhere specially on weekends and more on game days due to the fact that hotel is right across Soccer Stadium. Full of people in the surroundings , vendors, alcohol being consumed widely open , etc. I am just describing scenario , not critizising or judging. That's is part of the reality and the whole picture is even part the country's culture . Just adding facts to help others when making decisions about places to stay.

The noise was unbearable. There was music coming from the street until 2 am. It’s right next to the stadium, had to listen to a soccer match at night.

It is close to the stadium. Whenever there is a match is is very noisy. One night I didn’t have hot water and there was coakroach too. Matras and pillows covered by plastic under the sheets. Not spaceful. No lobby, just 2 small chairs. Breakfast is from 7-9 and housekeeping comes around 9 am too. There is a chance you finish breakfast and find them you in the room. They clean rooms from 9-11 am. The beds are not comfortable and because of the plastic the sheet got loose easily. Not pleasant feeling sleeping on plastic. Housekeeping and kitchen personal were not client-friendly.

The location, the staff The noise of the street, the sound of the toilet, it was too heavy all night. The sound of the doors of the bedrooms.

Room They didn’t have a well run bag storage, you just put the baggages in a place that doesn’t have security and anybody can have access to it.

The amenities were excellent, and had an excellent location Everything was perfect, nothing bad to say

My experience at this hotel was truly unpleasant. They scammed me and charged me twice. They told me I hadn’t paid, so I had to pay twice, and now that I’m trying to resolve the issue, they are not responding. The girl at the entrance was very rude; she kept making faces at us as we came in.

Clean and well located. Guest are not allowed in the room, even for just a couple of minutes. Unless you pay 80,000 pesos (22 dollars). I was only advised after I made the payment.
