Casa Del Reloj

We had a perfectly sized and well equipped apartment for a couple like us. Everything was clean and all appliances were working. Ivan had sent us all necessary information the day before, welcomed us and explained everything. As mentioned by other guests, Casa del Reloj is at the corner of one of the the main roads and one of the party roads (those are blocked for cars, so pedestrians only) so it can sometimes be noisy outside. But our bedroom was behind the kitchen/living room so it didn't bother us at all. We used the advantage of the location, walked out a couple of times each day to explore Poblado and came back in-between to enjoy a coffee or tea or take a nap 'at home'. Nothing

Great location that is close to all the activities in Poblado. Nice and spacious apartment. Clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. They offer daily cleaning and free laundry service. On a main road with a lot of traffic noise. Yes, the windows have outer shudders you can close to quiet it down some, but if you wanted to have some of the Medellin breeze in, you had to deal with road noise and horn honking.

The location It was dirty, poorly cleaned, the room didn’t correspond to the originally booked and saw in photos, but thanks to the mess and a handful of hair clogging the shower drain, we were moved to another location. The fan above the bed had some water leaking onto the light bulb from the ceiling above. Overall the place dissapointed when we notice how bad is the current condition of the place

Excellent location walkable to everything a tourist needs in the El Poblado neighborhood. The apartments in the complex share windows to a common atrium, and any music or loud talking in adjacent units can be heard. If you are staying here on a weekend night, be prepared for neighbors to be partying until the early morning hours - it's simply the nature of the neighborhood you are choosing to stay in.

Good location, giant television, full size washing machine and dryer We slept very poorly because of the noise. We had an apartment with patio: the bedrooms are at the patio with flimsy doors that do not insulate sound. We could hear everything from the neighbors. It is right in the party district, so people came home very late and woke us up. After a few bad nights, we decided to leave early and just book another hotel.

Good location Need to fix the air conditioning unit it was leaking water and got my clothes wet. Bed was hard.

The house looks fabulous! Really special architecture. Pretty big apartment and really in the heart of the party scene. Staff is super attentive and helpful. Personally I would have preferred a bit less crowded area. House is next to a big road and walking distance to the clubs. It you’d like that: go for it!

My stay here was amazing. Everything was incredibly clean and I felt very comfortable throughout my entire stay. There was a nice basket full of snacks provided, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. Also, the host was nice enough to let me stay a little while after my checkout time.

The dryer wasn't working, but they arranged to have the housekeeper do our laundry, so everything worked out well. The location is excellent for bars and restaurants, but it's a long uphill and downhill walk to and from the Metro, so be prepared to take Uber or taxis. They are very inexpensive.

i have stayed here multiple times. very helpful staff, great location, safe, walking distance from eateries. can get noisy, due to other guests. does not have many amenities.

the location is ideal for restaurants and nightlife. it feels like a farmhouse, the styling is very quaint. the noise from the street was quite loud. it made work calls a little challenging, but if you’re sensitive to noise it might be problematic

The location is great. Walking distance to all attractions. The size of the apartment was enormous. Private access was really nice. The noise. Through the column in the middle of the apartment, I could hear everything in the apartment above me. Even normal voice conversation echoed through through the property. At one point I thought someone is actually in the kitchen in my property. Very annoying and unsettling.

location and layout of the unit was great the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. the electricity to the unit kept going out when taking a shower.. enough that some compensation should be offered out a complete refund
