Had a great stay. Nice and relaxing. Breakfast is nice too . The manager at reception I think he's name was so helpful

Great location and nice for the price. The staff were nice. The people in other reviews that disliked the staff were probably confusing business-like for mean. Those aren’t the same thing. The vent on the window didn’t have a screen so mosquitoes could come and go.

• nice common area • possibility to pay with card • possibility to wash clothes • wifi • comfortable bed • there was a “window” which was basically a glass plates - there were some gaps in it so it fell like its gonna fall soon. Therefore the safety. • the breakfast • no english speaking staff • overpriced laundry

Excellent location, close to metro station and restaurants. Didn’t have hot water , in my room 302 the water from shower will leak through all the bathroom. Room was next to a noisy street.

Good location in the Estadio district and 5 mins away from the Floresta metro station. Fairly safe area during both day and night. The window walls were not sealed off very well, which allowed a draft into the room and there was no window in the bathroom (just a hole in the wall - high up enough and small enough to not be dangerous).

There were two teams of soccer players there at different times...Never heard them once. Excellent perfect breakfasts. There was noise to hear from guest but wasn't too early or late.

The sThe attention and staff were excellent, it has a good location and the area is very well connected and quiet For breakfast the options are very poor, I had no windows in my room, the elevator broke down during my departure and I had to take my suitcases down the stairs alone, the Wi-Fi was very slow, I It seemed expensive for the services it offers.

It’s in a great location walking distance to the Metro and the Estadium . The hotel is kept very clean. It has WiFi , hot showers. The prices are very affordable and the most important it’s in a safe Location. The only thing is the noise specially on the first 2 weeks of January, because there are a lot of children’s sports tournaments and the hotel houses a lot of this groups. The kids can be very noisy. But after they leave it is a great place to be. Just pick the right time.
