Excellent location and very friendly staff. The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear all the music from the street until 4 a.m. every night. Impossible to sleep.

It was clean The property is located in a bars and lounges area and its loud you cant sleep at night I wont stay anymore there

They let me get robbed and drugged and the let the visitor out without telling me never foing there again stay away very unsafe hotel and dirty im warning all the travelers

I liked the location, it was very close to Provenza. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The wifi did not work in the room, I had to go outside of the room to get wifi. There was one night that we didnt have water and couldn't shower. The music from outside was extremely loud and they didnt have ear plugs.

I didn't stay the number they sent me to call didn't work but I'm sure they kept the money anyway

The location es great pretty close to everything in provenza and poblado Perhaps the location is great from Thursday to Sunday there are 3 disco surrounding the property the loud and the vibration from 9pm to 3 am is all night long, is you not are a party people and go out every night you wont get any rest

This hotel is a perfect location just few steps from the Provenza street where all the restaurants and good vibes. There is always one to open the door for you whenever you come in. The staff are nice and welcoming. We loved it The sound of the music is too loud at night in the next building of the hotel. Not sure if all the rooms are same but ours we can hear loud music.

The precarity of facilities. Disco near, sleep impossible before 2 hs AM.. Not value for price. We will not come back.

It was a complete nightmare Devastation to all human mind can possibly accept it was a nightclub inside the hotel with the band on top of your head pounding all night long non-stop until 5:00 a.m. in the morning did not get any sleep at all going to complain and dispute the charge as I get well to make restitution on money I spent at the so-called hotel/ night Club I will make arrangements to call Bank for a dispute of a refund of my money to say the very very least without a lawsuit
