Great staff clean rooms everything was perfect

Only disappointment was with the daily $25 Destination Fee. Our schedule didn’t allow us to benefit from the added room charge. We didn’t get credit for $25 on the second day

I stayed two nights. The cleaning service did not clean our rooms either night, bathroom was poorly designed with glass door and light switches from outisde the bathroom. Room service brings towels but we have to go downstairs to pick up food if we were to order on the phone. Lady at parking garage across the street gave us hard time accusing us of not paying our parking tickets when we did the night before each confrontation. Very dissapointing hotel for a Mariot overall. 3 stars

Rooms were very clean & comfortable. Staff were nice & helpful.

We stayed at the property for three days and it was a pleasure. The rooms were spotless, and the staff were always willing to help. Its location is excellent, thanks to its proximity to the metro. We will definitely return.

Well let me explain my review I only said good because of a few things, let me start by saying the hotel is very clean!!T train station is directly across the street which is super convenient. The front desk staff are so nice. Parking is a downfall!! If you find a spot in the hotel lot you’re lucky. If not you park across in in parking garage where they charge you a daily fee. The room was very clean no hand soap in the room . We were only provided 1 wash cloth when we asked the housekeeper she was rude!! The Tv in the room was difficult to turn on , they must stream because not too many channels to choose from . Our room was located in the back of the hotel lots of road noise. Be aware when you arrive they charge you 25.00 per night addl ( forgot what they call it) they give you a card which entitles you to:a few discounted item’s which doesn’t make it so bad. Would definitely stay with them again for convenience to trains and cleanliness and helpful front desk staff .

Very easy access to MBTA (Orange Line - Wellington - 5 min walk over footbridge), small selection of restaurant nearby. Good selection of meals for breakfast. The Destination Market fee ($25/day) is a bit confusing but in the end if you do not use it to purchase snacks or drinks at the bar, this will be counted as credit towards your bill.

Great hotel and well located for the T and Assembly Row.

The breakfast was excellet, with a lot of good and healthy food. The staff Jacqueline was extremely helpful and friendly. The poor service in replying to my emails, repeatedly, asking for an early check-in. After sending 2-3 emails with no reply, I had to call the front desk who then helped me and made an observation about my early check-in request. This lack of response is not acceptable.

The hotel property, amenities, and room were clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, polite, and professional. We had breakfast in the hotel one day and it was delicious with a great variety. We received excellent service overall.
