Comfortable bed, central location, peaceful Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days, had to buy our own BBQ was dirty, no oil for cooking, only one rusty pan only 4 tissues left in the box, no more could be found, had to buy our own Pool dirty

Liked the decor We booked for 2 nights, would have expected the following was a standard given the price of the room: Extra Soap Clean towels for the 2nd day Extra Milk & Tea Baggs Bathroom: The Bathroom requires a deep clean, hair on floor, timber/ glass vanity in Suite 4 dusty, glass not clean, cobwebs, fly screen filthy Bedroom: Carpet needs a good steam clean Crockery: Cheap cups (Anko) Kmart Brand, not the best to enjoy a cup of tea Chips on dinner plate Face washer provided as a dishcloth Pool Not Heated and by day 2 full of leaves (disappointed to feel it was left up to the guests to clean) Wheelchair access (suite 4) Outside handrail to gain access to the suite, full of cobwebs, potential housing spiders Microwave, Kettle and crockery out if reach of a person in a wheelchair

Great spa bathtub The microwave kept beeping throughout the night which was quite scary and annoying. You can hear the neighbors a lot, chatting, and watching TV.

Really modern and lovely, beautiful outdoor swimming pool and view Could include breakfast. Maybe it does in high season. But in overall the stay was great.

Nothing Asks for a photos of credit card and photo of drivers license

Nice room, beautiful location I have booked many places through booking.com. Never previously have I been forced to provide an image of my driver's license and a scanned copy of my credit card after full payment had been made. This unreasonable request was only made after I booked, they instantly charged my card then forced me to provide this information, informing me I would not receive a refund if I refused.

Loved the location, very peaceful with country surroundings . The room was very well presented and a very comfortable bed. A great place to stay for a romantic getaway.

Clean and well designed fittings The stay was nice until microwave went on an crazy alarm in the middle of the night TWICE! We had to unplug it to stop the sound.

The bed was amazing. And the ensuite was beautiful. Where to start... The check in was a nightmare. Kept receiving texts that we hadn't completed the forms. When we rang, it diverted to another business. They said they would tell Campania staff to ring. They didn't. Several diverted phone calls later, finally got it sorted, but still no contact from Campania staff. The key code was an 8 digit number that we had to keep opening the welcome email to get in. To lock the door on leaving was awkward. No food available at all. No breakfast. Nothing. Bare minimum of cups and plates to provide own meals. A long way out of town so a distance to go to get food. 3 gates very close together on property. No signage to tell where to enter. BBQ available. But $120 fine if not cleaned. Instructions given to wash cups and put away. With a threat of a $100 cleaning fine if not followed. 'Luxury' accommodation but with less to offer than most budget motels we have stayed in. The only difference being the size of the bed and ensuite.

The idea of the property was great, & it’s advertised as a luxury getaway. We actually booked this as we had seen it advertised for sale & we’re considering purchasing for a business. The photos online looked incredible, & we were quite seriously there just to see if it was as impressive as the pictures. Sadly, it was not. It’s a bit tired, no storage, no kitchenette, really just a pricy room with no amenities. If you’re wanting to attract people with that price point & stating a luxury getaway, more is needed, or picnic basket (definitely not decaf coffee!!!). It was actually disappointing. Kudos to your property photographer! Oh, the bed was very comfortable! Thank you ❤️ As above. If you build it, they will come! Meeniyan is a gorgeous part of South Gippsland. So much to offer. We had big dreams that this place would be perfect, but other than a kitchen sink & a mini fridge, there is nowhere to store belongings, no knives to cut anything of consequence, no cooking equipment etc etc & that cardinal sin of decaffeinated coffee ☕️ . Not even a toaster!
