We had a beautiful apartment, well sized, great views, big kitchen and bathroom with a bath. It was very quiet and comfortable Nothing

I loved the position as it was only 10-15 minutes walk to everything I needed to attend. I also had a river view room which was great. The kitchenette was extremely useful and enough for a few days. The air conditioner was unbelievably noisy with a loud booming hum rather than the usual white noise. It was so disturbing I had to turn it off. Luckily it was not summer! Also there is significant noise from the trains, but I was less disturbed by them than the air con. There was a bit of noise transfer from the next room and doors, but not too troublesome luckily.

Great location. Staff were exceptional. Rooms and Lobby a bit dated. Shower not great. Overall though a great stay.

Such a beautiful hotel and staff were so lovely. Room was fantastic and had a magnificent view of the fire towers at Crown and the lights of the MCG. Very comfortable bed and bathroom was spotless. Definately staying again. There was nothing i could fault

The staff were so polite and even upgraded us from a single bedroom to a suite. The reception and room service staff were very helpful and accommodating.
