Was a great room and very spacious. We were promised a bottle of wine to be delivered that evening for my birthday, however it never arrived. Little disappointed. But everything else was good.

Great location so close to MCEC, CBD area. Housing service is terrible. We came back in late afternoon and our room was not cleaned. One day we came back after 6:30pm and it was not cleaned at all. We then asked the housing services to just provide us with amenities, such as tooth brush, etc. The cleaner came but did not even bother to clean the bins, or towel. Terrible! This is a not a 5-star hotel standard at all.

Rooms are lovely have stayed here multiple times very comfortable beds central location close to the hustle and bustle or just a relaxing place to rest your head for me this time after a long flight.Complimentary bottle of sparkling was a nice treat wouldn’t hestitate to stay again Lovely clean good value for money.

Loved that it was close to everything and so many food options around. Also the staff on the door that deal with the bags etc were partially good to deal with. I stayed 7 nights and my room was only tended to twice during my stay and one of those times was because I made a call to guest services to get them to clean my room and make my bed. Not what you want when you’re paying the big bucks to stay.
