Nothing Severe noise from traffic throughout the night. TV didn't work. Air Conditioning was unsafe and didn't work. No ventilation. Cold room. Rust on shower door support. Staff did not respect or listen to our frustrations. Lifting our luggage up and down steep stairs was not good or safe for elderly people. We cancelled our booking for remaining days and requested our money to be paid back.

Clean spacious room. Renovated bathroom. Toaster and microwave provided in room. The inside of the bathroom door scratched and paint peeling. Needs repairing/replacing. Outside grounds a little dirty and untidy. Slight language barrier with reception staff. L

Clean, functional, working heating and AC. Good value. Doors constantly getting stuck, cannot cast to TV, more attentive to Make Room requests.

The room stunk. Musty very old. I assume the carpet has been there since first opened. Smelt like an old folks home. Cigarette burns on surfaces. Patchy walls where holes have been filled. Door chain lock broken, toilet roll holder hanging off the bracket. Curtains missing Pin Hooks. Was very disappointed. Lucky i had my own pillow and sherpa blanket or I would have slept in the car.

Nothing… it was horrible. Mold in the shower, smelled really awful and like someone smoked in the room it was horrible. Mold in the shower, smelled really awful and like someone smoked in the room Towels with stains and unsure if clean Carpets looked dirty and pealing off Chairs with stains and unclean Ceiling looked awful and dirty Aircon falling apart

I booked a double room with a single bed and a double and when the two of us arrived, the single bed was not made up. When I raised this with reception, they quickly put us into a different room with both beds made up so I did like what the staff did for us but wasn’t particularly impressed that the room was not as booked on arrival. The first room we went in, had a small cupboard with the door hanging off it. The second room was better, in that the furniture was all in one piece. The bathroom in the second room had also been refurbished, which was nice.

Location Rundown door sticking not opening properly no hot water unfortunately they had an issue not long after we arrived but it was promptly fixed and hot water resumed, heating was antiquated in main area not adequate. Shower Rose fell on my head four times in the shower..

It was a bed for the night. The heater remote was missing, and no one was at reception on check-in. Shower head leaked every where.
