The room was clean and has pretty much everything that you would need. It's simple but the essentials are there. The property is safe and the location is convenient. The staff are very helpful and prompt as well. I would stay here again.

Clean. Comfortable

First room - already occupied. Main lock was on & I could also hear the shower. I encountered about three fleas in the second room. The woman that checked me out did not seem to really care. No apology for the negative encounter. . .just - "OK."

Staff was very friendly. The lobby ans rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning waa good!

Room clean

bedroom and bathroom did not feel or look clean. During late evening someone kicked or beat very hard on our door as if they were seeing if it might open. I called to the front desk, the phone rang many times with no answer before I stopped trying to reach the desk. We were afraid. I considered calling the police because there was no help available from the front desk. Several minutes later, I called the front desk number again and after several rings he answered and said he would send security. Minutes later a security person knocked, and when asked, identified himself as "security." I opened the door, explained the bang on the door. He said he didn't see anyone on the floor. I let him know it had occurred 10-15 minutes ago and told him the desk had not answered. He said the desk person had been off somewhere else. He left us and we again locked the door. We did not feel safe.

Clean. Convenient Elevator broke Electrical outlet broke Extension cord ran from one side of room to opposite side and held down with duct tape. A possible fire hazard Entry to property and exit was pain requiring a ticket to enter & scan ticket to exit without clear instructions

Overall was good

Staff very courteous during the Christmas holiday. The employee who made breakfast was an absolute pleasure

I paid for a 1 bedroom suite for this stay. The first night the hotel was oversold. They were supposed to refund the first night and never did.
