Holiday Inn Express & Suites Memphis East by IHG

Staff were very friendly throughout stay. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Neighborhood was excellent - safe, clean, easy to get around, and numerous restaurants and stores nearby. Glad we found this hotel and would definitely stay again.

My room had an adjoining room. I could everything that went on in that room! Every time he got a message and his phone made a noise, I heard it. Every time he went to the bathroom, I heard it. A coworker came to his room and talked talked with him. I heard the whole conversation. Which means, he could hear all of that from me in his room. There was no privacy! It was so creepy! I will NOT stay here again.

Breakfast was the usual fare but was in short supply most of the time. The gym is very small. Otherwise, it’s a nice clean hotel that feels recently updated. I would stay again.

Very clean, new rooms, exvellent area in Germantown. Excellent breakfast included. Very helpfull staff.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room itself when we walked in. Also, the dining room was very clean. The staff were very nice while breakfast was being served. The hallway on the third floor (floor I was staying on) wreaked of marijuana and cigarette smell. I’m not sure if it was from a guest, worker or room but either way, me and my spouse didn’t enjoy that at all.

I was extremely delighted and surprised about how amazing this property was. Although I stayed one night, the staff and the space was superb! My room was extremely clean and the location was most amazing and accessible to anything I needed. A special shout out to Ms. Tina for all of her warmth and kindness for the duration of my stay. I most certainly will be back when I’m in town again.

Nice sized room and plenty of space for your luggage. Did not have to use a chair or a desk to open a bag. Clean and quiet. Staff helpful. Got here because of a medical emergency, but would recommend hotel to anyone. Mall and restaurants are close by...chain restaurants and non-chain restaurants!
