No laundry room. Water pressure was awful. The unit smelled. I will remember to never use this facility again in the future. 1 Star is too much

It was a good price and safe location. It was a spacious room and though I didn’t use it, having access to a laundry room is unique. There’s basically a laundromat inside the hotel. It’s pet-friendly, and my dog was comfortable.

Everything was old and looked dirty. Even towels looked not washed properly. Free Breakfast was a joke. Just muffins and sugary juice. Broken coffee machine. They have only one person at the front desk in whole property. Avoid if you can.

I didn't like the property The staff gave away my room after I booked and payed for it online and I was stranded in Memphis with no where to go after driving 4 hours

I stayed one night while driving across the country . I picked this hotel because they have offer laundry services on their website, but after I arrived and check in, I was told the laundry machines were down. The hair dryer in my room was also broken , when I requested a new , I was told they didn’t have any.

The whole overall experience was all right no complaints I would recommend this place it's quiet.

Breakfast was the absolute worst!!! There was an ant in the orange juice and breakfast options were only limited to a waffle maker that halfway worked. The other bagels which was the only other option, were extremely hard not edible! Room was nice enough but there was hairs on the tub

Nothing went well! Clean toilets. There was stool stains on the toilet bowl in the first room I was assigned to. The same was noted in the second room with evidence of recent toilet use.
