Comfortable stay for 1 night

Group only stayed one night everything was in order

This property had a smell from the time I walked into the lobby, and even in the room was terrible. The sheets were yellow. The mattresses were dirty. The bathroom had dirty tiles it was awful I was coming to be close to airport for an early morning flight . The condition of the hotel was horrible. I didn’t sleep at all 😩

We were traveling across the country and have stayed in MANY hotels throughout our trip and this was by far, the worst. Although the staff was helpful, this hotel is not in a good part of town. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana. There were no toiletries in the rooms. There were people making noise in the hallways all night long. The room smelled musty.l, was not very clean and definitely could use an updating. I would not recommend staying there and I will never stay at a La Quinta again.

Lady at the front desk was not friendly

This hotel was very clean. It’s close to the airport. Took us about 6 minutes. Now you do park inside a gated lot but I didn’t feel concerned or afraid for the one night.

Not the greatest area

Security. Although the handicapped parking was used by non-handicapped client.

Very dark place, no wifi inside of the room at all!

L’hotel se retrouve dans un quartier qui semble défavorisé. Les ascenseurs sont désuets et la senteur de cigarettes est imprégnée dans mes murs et les tapis de cet hôtel. La chambre était propre et ne sentait pas la cigarette. Je n'ai pas entendu de bruit de la nuit.

Breakfast choices were plenty and the best part of our stay. Definitely was horrible but could use a refresh

2 went to the room and there was two carts full of laundry, they finally come and got them 3 Bath room was not clean 4 Only one bag of coffee 5 took a shower and water was all over the bathroom floor and very slippery 6 ask the desk the next morning if we get out Second night refunded they said no 7 we left that morning and went some where else

The housekeeping person was the friendliest of all my staff experience during my stay in Memphis. She did what she said she would do and it was outstanding!

A blackout happened on our first night. They did not have an adequate generator to power the a/c units in the whole hotel. Power was out for more than 12 hours and they never even offered the guests some compensation.

Power abc water was off for 4days

The AC smelt of mold and debris such as weed or tobacco. The bathroom had water damage around the door and likely whatever the black stuff was in the corner was in fact mold. I went down to the lobby for water, and the staff was snarky when I tried to leave the lobby with two bottles. I did not see any sign that said they cost anything I did pay and went back up to my horrible room, where the wonderful ambiance of screaming children, gunshots, shouting, and the occasional aroma of smoke filled my entire night. Checking out had never been more enjoyable.

The hotel stay was good for the first 2 days. The third day the power went out due to storms. The storms were not the issue. The way the hotel handled the outage was the problem. At least 20 people could not get in their rooms. I asked about a Master Key and the young lady at the desk said they don't have any key like that for an emergency. I along with many other customers had to sleep in our cars for that night. No manager called or came in the hotel to check on us. No offering of water or snacks for us. The stairwell was dark and wet. This was very concerning to me that this hotel had no emergency protocol in place for this type of emergency situation. The front desk staff and the manager should be held accountable for what happened to all of us. There was an old woman who slept on the floor outside her room door . We also called the power company to see when it will be restored. They told us that the hotel never called them about the outage. Where is the customer service? No I'm sorry about the inconvenience, how can we help you in the future, absolutely no nothing from management. Very disappointing. The next morning, a maintenance man came in and opened all our doors in one second with a Master Key. So, why wasn't he called the night before to help all of the customers that couldn't get in our room???? This is poor management. Do better !!!!!!

At the beginning of the stay it was good. The last day was horrible. The vpower went out couldn't get on our rooms. My 6yr autistic son was locked in the room for 4hrs and they just sat there and did nothing 0
