Shower in our room did not work. Someone threw up in the elevator, which was the only working elevator.

The facility is impressive to drive in to. The lobby is very nice, but the elevators are old. The hallways are old and earn, but the rooms are nice.

A lot of leaves ion pool The staff would not bring extra pillow, 2 plastic forks and they said they didn’t have any. I also forgot my toothbrush and they said they didn’t have any of that as well.my best friend had to go down to get the plastic forks.

Everyone was amazingly comfortable. Great place for family the kids had an awesome time in the pool while mom got to relax in the hot tub. Will book again. The staff were very friendly,helpful, pleasant and very professional.

The Vitality is a hotel with skeletal staff. You check yourself in electronically. You might like that but it felt creepy to me..

The hotel was wonderful! The only complaint was that the TV in my room didn’t work.

Self check-in... seems like an older hotel that is not being maintained very well. Everything works, not a terrible place to stay. Surprised it was "4 stars". Hallways very dirty, elevators dirty, area around hotel dirty, landscaping dead, etc. Room seems clean though!

No staff on site.. only 1 elevator working.. not the cleanest place in town and kids running around the halls
