The hotel was a nice facility. One problem is that they have venues that are apparently used which made parking very difficult. If you are staying don't get a room near the elevator people seem to be a bit loud while using the elevator. If there is a large function it's even louder later so sleeping can be difficult. Beside being near the elevator right under the window in our room was the fire pit gathering space which was also loud. Just be specific when booking a room.

The rooms were clean enough but need updating. The housekeeping staff did a great job, but the carpet is old and worn, the furniture is old, the bathroom needs updating, etc.

The bed, linens and pillows are fantastic. I had an excellent nights sleep.

The clean and comfortable beds My room wasn't inside the hotel but outside. Staff was friendly but felt like they having a hard day at work. The breakfast wasn't the best.

This is a lovely hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel was lovely with lots of calming sitting areas. Breakfast was nice as well. Well run nice 4 star hotel. The restaurant closed really early so we were not able to try dinner there.

Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. Location was excellent, close to many attractions. Parking was convenient. Check-in and check-out were very easy and efficient. I might book here again if in the area. Breakfast could have included more fresh pastries or other non-packaged treats, perhaps some cut-up fruit.

Staff was nice. The pillows were too thin and paint was pealing on the bathroom ceiling. The rest of the property was clean and well maintained.

Our room was fantastic! We had a very spacious room with a king bed and a separate living room area. The hotel restaurant was very good, especially for seafood. The hotel is close to Longwood Gardens and Chaddsford Winery. We also found a wonderful restaurant nearby called the Naked Olive. We had a wonderful weekend.

The room was good and the breakfast was exceptional. Staff was very helpful. The first room they gave us had flies and other bugs. They moved us to a cleaner room but with a much smaller bathroom with nowhere to hang a towel near the shower.
