Beautiful location, spacious rooms, very thoughtful staff, amazingly large buffet breakfast, great local wines. We stayed 3 nights in October and the room heater didn’t work, but the bathroom one did so it was chilly in the evenings, They did have good blankets so sleeping wasn’t as issue for us.

Beautiful property. We did not the chance to eat in the restaurant. Everything was excellent

The location was perfect for my husband and I traveling through the Lubéron region on foot. We were met by exceptionally kind and compassionate caregivers with the best meal we’ve had in France! The garden and our room was a welcome retreat after our long day of hiking! Merci and bravo!! ?

The location was great. We were only there for one night! As we parked next to two abandoned cars one covered in pine needles the other with flat tires I knew the attention to detail on the advertised photos was staged! It went steadily downhill from there. The manager (a very grumpy tired old woman) eventually arrived at the reception. Without a smile, hello or welcome we were told to follow her. I was travelling with my sister and mother (83 yrs old) we had booked to deluxe doubles. We walked to the end of the property past abandoned remains of past weddings fabric half wrapped around gazebos, dead lavender bushes in pots the lined a pathway. We arrived at what was clearly the breakfast, dining area. It too was in total disarray. Half cleared tables towels stacked on chairs. A large painting resting sideways on the floor in front of a fireplace (I am an art dealer and is intensely dislike seeing artworks mistreated!!!!) the speechless work mule headed up stairs that were too steep from my mother so I sat her down and my sister went up. She tried to explain that my mother couldn’t make it up the stairs. She insisted she had no other rooms! My mother and I waited whilst my sister and accomplished tv produced went to battle! After too long my sister returned with towels saying we had been moved to a ground floor room. The previous guests had only just left at 3pm and we could put our self carried bays in the room go out and return to it later in the evening! It was clear we wouldn’t be eating here that night!!! The room was a disgrace. Filthy. Smelly and very very worn out. This trip had been at my mother’s request. She is steadfastly a franco-file. She adored the luberon valley and wanted to say good bye. This hotel was a total disaster. Run by Miss Havisham who is too old too tired to care about anything. If she’s staff fire her if she’s the owner SELL!!! Thankfully we are a glass half full family so we saw the humour in it.

The concierge lady was really warm and helpful The chef of restaurant was amazing

The hotel buildings and grounds are unique, interesting and beautiful. The rooms are clean, big and have all the amenities you could want. The breakfast is amazing and has a good variety of items to choose from. The staff are welcoming and helpful, especially the hotel manager who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! I would definitely return to this hotel. The location of this hotel (like every other in the region) is quite secluded and taxis are hard to book. This is also part of its charm, but I'd recommend renting a car if you stay.

Wonderful reception area, welcoming reception and very pleasant stay. One suggestion, the outside door was very dark at night.
