The staff and owners were nice and friendly. Special mention to Mr. Lathif—he was amazing, jovial, and very helpful throughout our stay. While the taste of both dinner and breakfast was above average, the quantity was very disappointing. The swimming pool is of a good size, but unfortunately it was not properly cleaned, with dust and small particles floating in the water. Overall, the hospitality from the staff was good; however, improvements are needed in food portions and pool maintenance. Considering we spent INR 7,200 for a single room for three guests, along with INR 2,000 for dinner alone, the experience did not feel worth the amount paid. The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. There were only two items served, and even those were provided in very small quantities. Kadala curry was insufficient to properly eat with the Kerala puttu, and when we requested more, the staff informed us that the curry was already over. This was surprising considering that only one room was booked in the entire resort. Kadala curry served was not even sufficient for 2 people. For three guests, only three eggs and three small pieces of pineapple were provided. only coffee was served Apart from puttu, the only other item was bread with jam. Bread was not toasted or not asked whether it needs to be. The restaurant staff appeared inexperienced, and even simple requests took 5–10 minutes to be attended to. Overall, the breakfast service did not meet even basic expectations.
