The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The wellness facilities were very nice including the pool. Dinner and breakfast were amazing with the wait staff providing excellent service

Great 5 star breakfast buffet. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. It's important to know that only the modern building has an elevator. The mattresses could be a bit firmer.

Simply amazing, what else! You can enjoy everything of this astonishing and so gorgeous place, staff absolutely kind, food delicious, SPA, rooms all was perfect. Nothing all was so cool

Lovely property in a historic building, the pool was great and the food was delicious No A/C but that is to be expected with a historic property, luckily we were provided a fan which helped with the heat!

- big room with a lot of storage space - big breakfast buffet with a big variety of foods - tasty 5 course dinner every evening - good wine selection - great SPA, especially the finnish sauna with a cold plunge - right next to the Hirzer gondola lift The mattress was too soft for our taste and some of the waiters didn't speak at all Italian

Amazing hotel, great staff & food! Wellnes facilities. The signs for the spa, reception etc. could be more evident. I am not a German speaking person so maybe it was harder for me only. (Eventhough I speak Italian).

The Hotel staff were generally really nice & friendly especially Alessia who looked after us every night for dinner she was a real gem & very helpful to us as coming from Australia, English is all we can speak. My husband & I had a lovely four nights there & with being right next door to the Hirzer it’s in the best location for walking. A kettle in the room would be nice so you could make yourself a cup of tea. We found the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable.
