We absolutely loved the peaceful setting. It's in a beautiful neighborhood. The rooms were immaculate.

Simply wonderful. Especially the beautiful grounds were appreciated

Everything very serene. Very nice staff and good breakfast

It's a super quiet and safe place, with very friendly and responsive hosts. All the amenities on the webpage were there, and it's very easily accessible with public transport. The South Tyrol Guest Pass is an amazing addition to booking a room, and it was a perfect hub for me to explore the rest of the region.

I was very happy I found this place in Merano! The guesthouse is located in an old monastery building with a beautiful garden and amazing views. The city center is a 15 min walk away. There is also a bus stop 7 min away, where one can catch a bus to a few popular cable cars. The hotel provides a Merano guest card which allows you to use public transport for free. The amenities are very decent for a 3* hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean It was very peaceful and quiet 80% of the time. I loved the interior, old statues, crosses and furniture. There is a library, a prayer room, and a chapel in the building. The breakfast was very good for a 3* lodging and of excellent quality. There is a coffee machine and a fridge with some drinks in the lobby where one can get coffee/beers 24/7 for a small fee. - There is no AC unfortunately, for a few nights we couldn't really sleep. - The rooms with balconies are offering little privacy. If your neighbors are sitting out on the balcony, it feels like they are sitting and talking right in your room. Overall, if you are unlucky to get noisy neighbors, you would hear absolutely everything through the balcony door even if they are in their room. - It would be great to have a microwave in the common kitchenettes. The rooms are very small but there are sitting rooms on every floor and a library.

Excellent location

They should definitely be more friendly and kind.

Atmosphere, friendliness, cleanliness, quiet. Garden. It got very warm in my attic room. An electric fan would have been welcome.

The location is very peaceful, (mostly) friendly people, good breakfast. I got a room with a view/balcony, which was nice, but the elevator stopped in my room - literally! Mostly during mornings a lot of 'traffic'....This was of course a big downside. I asked for a replacement, but i had to pay more and when I said I didn't have the money for it the woman at the desk gave me a smirk....

Great location, very clean, large room, excellent breakfast and kind and friendly staff
-
Peaceful, relaxing atmosphere with a great breakfast. Beds very uncomfortable, no double beds available, had to sleep in single beds.

Very quiet location. Restaurants close by.

Exceptional

Breakfasts were hearty and you could help yourself to the home grown fruit at the door. We had two single beds.

A different kind of experience staying amongst some nuns. It was beautiful and very well cared for! The staff and nuns were gracious and ideal hosts! Breakfast was delicious and really wonderful!

Location is awesome, view from our room was outstanding, interiors were also very nice, I felt that I lived in museum sometimes (in a good sense). This place outperformed our expectations and we loved it a lot. Reception desk is often not occupied, but it is possible to call if something is needed.
