Not much We had no towels and had to ask for them. The toilet seat was broken. It was impossible to close the bathroom door. The radiator was not properly fixed to the wall. There was a small stain on the bed quilt. There was no soap to wash our hands and no shower gel in the dispensers. My friend tried to call the number at the front desk to get soap/ shower gel but it was late and nobody replied. The staff apologized for the soap and towels but briskly told us that they were only a 2 star hotel and we could not expect to have the front desk staffed 24 hours a day and then proceeded to presenting us a 100€ bill for one night.

Very remote and they said they have their own parking lot. We arrived, nowhere to park the car. The gate was closed and the few spots they did have were occupied. There was no space on the other side either, just like in the entire street. A catastrophe. We drove on. Our email with an explanation was never answered. Stay away from here.

Very quick to respond and very helpful and smiling. Quiet room comfortable bed. Perfect location with secure parking Our shower was cold at night but hot in the morning

The position was good for what I had to do, despite being a small hotel they provide the restaurant service (even if it is quite expensive for the kind of service they give) Very poor cleaning, i found lot of dust and spider webs, on the balcony there was an empty pack of cigarette and the ash tray was full of butts (and all these things have been left there for all my permanence at the hotel. In the room there were also 2 non working light bulbs, never noticed by the staff. The staff at the lobby was very nice, even though none of them is able to speak english so it was a bit hard to explain things
