The property was stunning and the suite we had was spectacular. Beautifully appointed and gorgeous views of the lake. Plus a private porch with rocking chairs. It was all perfect Because of a laundry issue, we couldn’t get into our room until 45 mins after check in. The front desk staff was swamped and frustrated. One employee took initiative and inspected our room himself to move things along. The TV and two lights in the room and on the porch never worked. We were compensated at checkout. There needs to be an outdoor foot shower at least so going from lake to pool is easier and cleaner. It took several calls over two days to get our room service dishes removed from the hallway. They seemed a bit short staffed. Front desk employees could have been much friendlier.

Location Seems a bit rundown. Had an issue with my air conditioner at 1 AM where the mini split unit was spitting ice after waking us up with a loud rattle. Pool in our building was closed so we drove to a different facility to use theirs. No towels at the pool on arrival. Just in general didn’t think that the facility was very well maintained or updated.

Location was great and the grounds were amazing. For a luxury price the rooms were old and not updated, a/c was not working, the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, bad smell through the plumbing and the balcony was dirty and covered in spider webs. The staff at the front desk seemed to have no empathy toward our issues.

Location of property was excellent. Room was clean , bed comfortable. I was very unhappy with the check in process. You needed to go to a separate location. I was then informed about a resort fee that I had no idea about. Very poor communication just put a charge on my account and handed me a piece of paper.

The location was great. Multiple buildings to stay at depending what you were looking for The rugs in the building were super dirty. Our sewer backed up into the shower when you run the faucet and we didn't get to shower before leaving as it was addressed in time. Not could we wash up or brush our teeth because we couldn't use the faucet or the smell and back up got worse. The stairway door was across the hall and we listened to it slam shut all night and all morning. Poor design.

The location was great, we had a lake view from our room. It was easy to walk to the town docks, restaurants and shops. The Superior King room could have been better. Their was feces in the toilet not cleaned from previous guests, pillow were not comfortable. Air conditioner made a strange surging sound.
