No pool after the third room we got it was fine needs renovations which I heard you are doing

Once I made staff aware of the issues in the room, they responded quickly. The food was removed but the curtain rod was never fixed. There was food left over from previous guests The curtain rod was hanging off The smell in lobby was bad The grounds were not maintained The towels were dingy The pool was dirty

I didn’t like anything about the building. You can very much tell that the property was very old and run down visually. Definitely needs to be remodeled. I didn’t like the location very much. Too many people whether homeless or not hang around the property. Doesn’t seem very safe for family’s traveling alone. Lots of loud noises happening around the side of the property where I was staying. People playing loud music at all times of the night. Along with people having dogs barking very loudly. The bathrooms are terrible. The room didn’t have any hot water, and bathtub looks like it had so black mold or debris at the bottom of it. Along with not barely having any towels or soap upon the stay. The beds are not comfortable either, they squeak and have no support. If you are staying I recommend bringing pillows or your own from home. Last but not least the coffee machine nor the microwave that in the room works at all. They both unavailable for my trip.

The bed was comfortable and they had hard floors There was blood/dirt stains on the pillow The tub was disgusting We asked for a non-smoking room and they gave it away and we had to stay in a smoking room. There were stains all over the walls. When you look at the window at night with the curtains close it looked like twinkle twinkle little stat because of all the holes in the curtain. Thank goodness I had my disposable sheets with me. That is the only way I was able to rest ok.

We checked in went to the room, an was about to lay down. We pulled the covers back and there was a huge yellow stain all over the sheets. After we seen this we checked out.
