Nice facilities (pool) and breakfast. The complete disregard for guests that want to sleep/rest at the hotel - there was a group of people partying with VERY loud music until 3 am, in one of the salons that were supposed to be only available till 11 pm. The rooms had no insulation, it was very cold and no extra blankets provided. The hotel is located on a busy road so it was noisy, the rooms were not sound proofed.

Upon arrival the male staff was so rude no secure space to storage luggage due to checkin times and checkout time , bags just left outside hotel reception door outside building . Male member of staff upon arrival told us to wait outside building . Their is no area for guess to wait Rooms are not cleaned this can only be cleaned before 10am and u must request before 10am for the 5 night satay room never got cleaned once . Obviously you cannot have a lay in if u want your room cleaned due cleaning is only done before 10am . No toilet paper. They ran out. Only one roll of toilet paper can be issued Towels were so thin , this was slightly thicker than toilet paper . Towels are absolutely shit . Due to the timings of requesting the rom to be cleaned , I asked for new clean sheets after 3 days and stated I will change them myself . I was told sheets are only changed every 5 days I would never stay there again I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel Completely a load. Of shit .
