Everything was great. Only hiccup was we only had 1 closet door and I couldn’t sleep but besides that my stay was good.

Night clerk is awful when checking in

The pool was unavailable, the front staff said it had just happened but when talking with another guest they said it was unavailable for awhile. If this was true who was lying? I picked this hotel because it was within my budget with a pool. I do not like being lied to.

Staff was respectful and breakfast was warm

It was disappointing to find out that the hot tub had been filled in and no longer exists, as we booked this hotel because it was listed as having a hot tub. The pool floor needs some maintenance but otherwise was nice. Breakfast was good for the most part, but ran out of some food options early and they didn’t get replaced.

The king suite was spacious. The pool was out of order. I specifically booked this hotel because it seemed nice AND it had a pool. I didn't even ask, but the desk clerk told me he couldn't give me a discount because I booked with booking.com instead of booking directly.

Place is a little dated but clean. However the hallway carpet is very bad and needs replaced. It’s going to cause someone to trip on it!
