Good location, plenty of parking including EV charging. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The lounge area was especially attractive and care was taken to keep everything clean.

Great facilities in the lobby, staff very friendly, secure free parking, opposite McDonald’s and great boulangerie around the corner. Room was clean, beds comfortable, towels and shower gel provided Room was hot and only the fan on the air con worked. Need more pillows!

The facilities everything were really good totally understand. You were very busy that day. We bought our small dog in with us which we had notified yourselves regarding this and the staff of one particular person was very very rude about the dog was not barking. I was holding her of explaining that the dog can’t go in the food facility area, I would totally understand but she was very very rude and very outspoken regarding this matter otherwise I stay a lot of your hotels all the time. I have another one in a couple of weeks time. I always find your facilities and everything very good. This is the first time this is ever happened to me. Very good facilities everything good

Welcoming staff and a good lounge area with plenty of comfortable seats. Location was more industrial than seaside - we walked to the sea front which was probably a little over a mile.

It was In a very good position ple ty of places to eat,perfect for a one night stopover The bed was hard and could have done with more than one pillow

Staff were really lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were excellent. Pillows were awful, only 2 on a double bed that were different sizes,small and lumpy.
