Great for a quick stop

Staff was nice but the room had stains everywhere, on linens, towels, and even the bath tub and microwave.

It was horrible. We booked for two nights. When we got their around 4pm, we noticed right away that it was hot and the a/c wasnt working. They sent maintance in to fix it but it didn't work. They refused to change rooms until the next day they said nothing was available. They didnt even offer us a fan to use. We had two kids with us!! A 2 year old and 4 year old. The bed was also not a king size like it said and the toilet handle was broken off and he toilet was clogged. The next day we were moved to a nice room with a./c but it was after 2. Pm by then. And they refused to give us an extra day or a refund. They were really rude about it. It was awful in the az heat.

The ac barely worked and it was sweltering hot, the shower floor was cracked and full of paint and plaster and there was blood and urine stains on the sheets. Absolutely aweful

There was a gap between my door and the floor which allowed a lot of bugs to come in (mostly crickets and roaches...not the German Kind) Other than that, It was ok. I locked myself out of my room at 12am and received help promptly by the ground’s Lady . The room gets really cold (despite the cold air escaping through the bottom of the door) so you’ll get some sleep. There’s a fridge too, it kept my food cold so… yeah. Good for the price.

I would stay again.

If you have a question, just ask close mouths don’t get fed. Was pretty quiet, even though the location is not the best next to a light rail. It is nice and quiet. Had no issues. Parking spot right in front of your room.

The staff is all bad. Except the maintenance guy he's cool but his english is choppy but he's really helpful and sweet. Also the maid. She's sweet⁴

This place is filthy and the complete opposite of the pictures. Missing pieces of the floor, dirty bedding, tv that should be hung on the wall just hanging in the dirty desk

Dirty and we had to ask 3x for towels.

The check in staff woman is very nice and makes sure I have everything I need. If anything is amiss she corrects it immediately. At this particular juncture I have no complaints.

For the the price it is fair but place does need some repairs. All and all.its worth the cost

Jeeze being screamed at by management is amazing. She wouldn’t let me explain my situation because she was too busy talking over me. Yes I’m an hour and a half late. I’m paying for the room for another night. I have been here over a week and a half. I have never had a problem with payments. My entire life was hacked, so therefore paying through my phone, which I had to do today was very very, very difficult getting all of my accounts set up and verified and okayed by the bank and okayed by the app and two factor authentication this and freaking verify that but no she wouldn’t listen to a dang word I had to say because she was too busy talking and threatening the cops as she sees me packing my things. So yeah the property is OK for the price you get what you pay for, a room that looks nothing like the photos, a hard as can be bed and treated like a thief……trash.

For the price, it was excellent

The sink is broken as well as parts of the flooring. All the Pillows and blankets were stained and The ground was very dirty. Worse hotel conditions i've been in.

The place was dirty, not just from a short while. You could tell it was not kept clean for a long time. Weird sticky floors, a frozen over fridge with crumbs, a leaking toilet, and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. When I mentioned some of these things to the staff I just got a blank stare
