    We booked a room with 2 doubles beds (for two adults)and when we checked in the gave us a King size bed. I specifically showed the clerk my confirmation and she stated that since we checked in late, they gave a way the room with 2 beds. I told her that this was unacceptable as I made a reservation. Her response was that I could go to another hotel. Since it was late and was too tired, we just went to bed, 2 grown men sharing a bed. Spoke to Manager in the morning and hear apologetic and stated that he would to send Wyndam reward points for the trouble. Have not seen anything.

    Only one person to help at front desk n waited a awhile. No hot tub cuz it was jus warm. No tissue in room. Lights didn't work in room.

    the AC in the room wasnt working properly reported it to the hotel staff they only have one employee on duty at night they wrote it down but they never came to the room to look at it . also the morning Breakfeast they started to tear eveything down around 9:50Am breakfeast went till 10 AM even with guest still eating they ran out of food and was told its almost over and wasnt making anymore. i would still stay there again

    There was a shirt hanging in the closet. Long on the floor. Dogs barking in a couple of rooms. Bathroom floor was gritty. Bath tub drain clogged and we could not bathe.

    DO NOT STAY HERE! Front desk staff booked me in, took my money, then proceeded to tell me they have no rooms available & I can’t get a refund. The lady at the front desk was so high that she could barely function, let alone do her job. She gave the managers contact info & they refuse to answer messages. Save your time and money and book elsewhere.

    Stayed for 2 days, staff was great!!! Check in and out was smooth!!!! Rooms were decent, beds though mattresses needs to be changed out….. Breakfast was alright no complaints there… overall 3.6 out of 5

    Room was decently clean and we booked rooms and didn’t realize they put us on the pet floor we didn’t bring or book for any pets but we also didn’t specify we were up all night to some barking and it smelled like pet urine on the carpet a little bit but all and all rooms were clean, linens were clean, staff was nice it was a good stay would stay again probably not on the pet floor but would stay again

    The room was decent overall, but I noticed several cleanliness issues. There were crumbs in the bathroom, the room had a noticeable smoke odor, the nightstand appeared not to have been wiped down, and there was dog food left in the elevator. During my stay, I did not see any housekeeping staff. I have stayed at this location before and had a better experience, which makes me wonder if there has been a change in management or housekeeping standards. The excellent service from the evening staff was appreciated, but the cleanliness concerns were disappointing.

    I booked this hotel for its location. That's the only thing about it that was helpful. We were left to sit and wait in the lobby for almost an hour and a half to check in. The clerk on shift was trying to find hardcopy 12qforms to get us checked in. She said the delay was due to the computer crashing. Finally another staff member came up to the desk to help get us checked in.

    The room was nice and beds were comfortable. The staff was not the most helpful. Checking in, another customer couldn’t get their tv to work and the lady at the counter said he could try the ones in the lobby but also said “I don’t know how to so you have to figure it out” the next morning I was by the entrance which was directly by breakfast due to a very small lobby, I had our dog while waiting for my daughters getting breakfast. A worker continually walked by giving dirty looks. There was a giant spill on the ground that stayed there the entire time. The hot food was all out. My daughter then held the dog while I grabbed juice and the worker scolded us for having a dog near the food even though it was a dog friendly hotel and we were in the lobby. Another guest at the front was complaining to another worker that they never brought a crib she asked for repeatedly. That same evening my key card stopped working and my children and dog had to wait in the hall while I went to get a new one. It took over 20 minutes due to only 1 girl working. That girl was very helpful and kind though. It seemed like most of the staff there were not helpful or personable at all though.

    Location is good. Close to restaurant among other things. The front desk was unattended to the point that guess were waiting to check in that is me included. I also tried to pay for some item in cash from your convenience store in the lobby. That you only accept credit card. So I went to the restaurant next door. And when I took a shower the water drained very slow. Making it very uncomfortable to shower.

    4pm and there was no one at the front desk to check in. Waited 10 minutes before someone showed and by then there were 5 of us waiting to check in.
