My Place Hotel-Phoenix East Mesa AZ

A lot of Parking space, no problem there. Staff at Check in was great. Elevator needs to be mopped daily. Room was spacious with kitchenette. But you have to bring your own pans and dishes. One of the bed had specks that kept showing up, we took off sheets from bed and pillow on 1st night I woke up itching. Then 2nd night pillow had brown specks again and my neck was itchy. We took pillows off the bed and 3rd night was better without pillows and brown blanket. Sheets and pillow case are white so you can tell when the specks are there when light is on. In the day time it’s white but they show up at night. Never experienced that before. That was the craziest 3 nights. The room needs more attention. I didn’t even hear a vacuum when they were cleaning a room. That explains why there were crumbs and candy next to the bed frame. Didn’t spend much time in the room. Only at night to sleep and shower. No gym, no pool and no breakfast.

The air conditioner was going on and off, it got warm toward the morning.

New place. Easy access. Lots of things around. Will definitely stay again. The price was the best I found.

The room was well maintained and cleaned regularly. The staff was friendly and helpful. I used the laundry room during my stay, and the equipment was clean and maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

My Place Hotel in Mesa, AZ is a great place to stay. very clean rooms, great staff to assist you for any needs, nice, air-conditioned rooms with kitchens, microwave, convection stove, refrigerator, EXCELLENT!! Nearby Sprouts Market to get groceries and cook meals in your room, or walking distance restaurants to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner, outside patio with two grills. What could be better than My Place Hotel!! This will be my "to go" place when we come to visit our relatives in Mesa, Az. Fantastic place and just in the most perfect location!

Clean, modern room with helpful amenities!

Clean and well kept up.

In my opinion it was bait an switch. I made reservations on Expedia at one price an when I checked in the price changed to a much higher rate. Because of this I will not use Expedia or stay at the Hotel again.

There's no question this is a one start hotel. It's much nicer than most three stars I've stayed in though. Well worth it.

New hotel. Price extremely reasonable. Limited amenities. Friendly staff. Budget hotel. Food options in walking distance. Convenient.

No pool in mesa a little like staying at motel 6 but at 3 times the cost was hard to get to had to go through a parking lot for EOS

Kitchen is not full equipped, will need to bring your own or I guess buy from the hotel.
